Elaine's next 4

I am not quite sure why I am doing the letters in this order, it just sort of happens. Some letters appear on the paper as if by magic, like ‘e’ and others, like ‘a’, I have enough to wallpaper my room with. I realised when I had finished the ‘p’ that it was very similar to ‘f’, but as they aren’t near each other in the alphabet it won’t be so obvious later. I find it difficult to get both the colour of the sequins and the definition of the stamps in the photographs.

  1. Ooer... those sequins look like lollies... yum.

  2. I bet the sequins add a great touch of sparkle - while scanners are invaluable, they aren't perfect, darn it! Your letters look like so much fun.

  3. This looks like such a fun exploration -stamping, placing, seeing what shape the letters take and then adding some dotty bling! They really make me smile.

  4. I love these because they challenge my very 'straight' view of what letters look like in terms of symmetry and alignment. And the sequin glitter and placement add to that sense of play and 'disorder'.
